Graduate hiring /Campus hiring /Off Campus Hiring:
• Solely handling all fresher/graduate hiring in 3 Locations of Attra with their on boarding.
• Plan, organize, promote, attend and actively contribute at Campus/Off Campus events .
• Building and maintaining relationships with targeted Vendors/partners also colleges and managing the campus recruitment and selection process.
• Executing pre placements talks.
• Drive group discussions for all the drives held till date, handling Aptitude test and person interview coordination.
• Support the recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery
• Hire right talent in a cost effective manner through right channel, Ensuring process improvements and implementation, this saves cost to the company and also reduces human effort.
• Offer generation and post offer engagement, Reviewing of Offers for candidates who have been selected.
• Build and maintain relationship with prospective talent in order to establish a network in industry to meet current and future hiring needs
• Ensure timely and periodic status updating on hiring to business unit heads
