Responsibilities and Duties
– Interacting with customers over call.
– Managing customer service inquiries.
– Assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction.
– Convey accurate and required information to the customers.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
– Fluency in English communication is mandatory.
– Flexible with night shifts (Home drop facility available).
– Five days working in a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
