Deliver and execute a fully integrated marketing plan and assist with implementing the brand strategy for the organization.
Provide brand direction and communicate company brand pledge to both internal and
external audiences appropriately, keeping it at the heart of all marketing initiatives
Manage the integration of brand messaging, ensuring all creative strategies support
wider brand objectives.
Help develop brand, including visual identity and tone of voice by ensuring
brand guidelines continue to evolve to meet respective needs.
Connect the brand between online and offline touchpoints, ensuring a seamless
experience for audiences regardless of entry point.
Strong project management capabilities ensuring marketing deliverables and
milestones are met, from defining the initial approach clearly, brief writing, timings
mapped and costings defined – ensuring work is delivered to plan
Liaising with multiple stakeholders to deliver effective integrated marketing
Managing multiple work streams and priorities, delegating tasks where necessary
Manage the day-to-day marketing brand budget to deliver centralised activity in
agreement with the Marketing Director.
Liaising with International Business Developers and updating the marketing strategy
in line with new market intelligence.
Write effective weekly, fortnightly or monthly marketing reports (lead generation
reports and marketing activity reports) as and when required.
Preparing and presenting campaign proposals and creative work to a range of
internal stakeholders as and when required, ensuring feedback is taken into account
and buy in obtained.
Manage or support (subject to brief) the creative development process across
multiple channels, ensuring clear feedback is given to the design team in a timely
Excellent creative judgement, able to consolidate multiple stakeholder feedback and
provide clear direction back to creative teams.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, producing content and marketing collateral and
providing support to enable colleagues to achieve their organisational objectives.
Line manage and support 3 marketing executives.
Mentor and coach the team to develop individual growth and team capabilities
leading to high performance and successful campaign delivery.
Significant marketing experience in line with the responsibilities outlined above
Budget management, including both spend and income
Experience of managing, delivering and analysing complex online and offline
marketing campaigns or projects across a range of channels
Experience of cross-matrix working with a wide range of internal and external
stakeholders of all levels
Practiced in setting KPIs and measuring channel effectiveness
Experience at delivering against KPI’s and adapting approach based on results
Demonstrated success in delivering campaigns/projects through cross functional
Good knowledge of the full marketing mix as a practical and academic discipline
Experience of delivering innovation and positive change in existing activity
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic copywriting skills
Extensive full mix marketing experience spanning 5-8 years
Up to date with the latest marketing trends
