Job Description :
-Influences customers to buy product or service.
-Lead generation for the sales team through Telesales (office-based job).
-Identifying new customers through cold calling and generate business.
-Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
-Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
-Learn and maintain technical knowledge of products through market hub and trainings in Monthly/Weekly meetings.
Personal Attributes: Detail oriented, good initiative, proactive, Technical oriented and good integrity.
Business Skill : Prior telecalling/Cold Calling and Customer service experience.
Computer: Basic Operation Knowledge MUST (Excel and Word).
Interpersonal Skills: Able to liase with all level of personnel, customer service oriented, teamwork, respect values, good
communication skill, Strong initiative, eye for details and prudent at work.
Able to hold talk with Customer on Phone

Decision making & Problem solving
B E/Diploma with 2 years of Tele calling or Sales Experience in Industrial Products
Graduate with at least 3/4 Years of Tele calling or Sales Experience in Industrial Products.
Graduate with at least 3/4 Years of Tele calling or Sales Experience in BPO/Service Industry but willing to work in Industrial products can apply.
