We are looking for a Technical Support Associate/Customer Support Associate in International Voice Process.

We are also looking for freshers willing to kickstart their careers.

If you’re naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with issues and are able to explain technical details simply, we’d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
Document technical knowledge.
Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
Job Requirements:

Strong Soft Skills & need to have good command over English as a language.
High on Customer Centricity.Strong Logical reasoning & probing capability.
Absolute focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in rotational shift.
