  1. Report to the Managing Director and lead a 3 member Sales Team located at Pune, Delhi and Chennai to achieve organizational objectives including growth and profitability.
  2. Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine tune the marketing strategies for the achievement of sales targets.
  3. Identify new industry segments for the company”s customoized products and target potential industrial customers to achieve new customer acquisition.
  4. Understanding a customers material handling needs and devising customized solutions in conjunction with the in house design team
  5. Identifying key persons and influencing decision makers pan India by effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  6. Preparing quotations and concept sketch layouts / autocad with accurate material costing garnered from vendors
  7. Participating in exhibitions, trade shows and generating customer interest and hot leads.
  8. Lead and participate in weekly / monthly meetings with updated information on customers visited, leads / enquiries generated, quotations prepared and orders booked
  9. Lead, train and motivate the sales team to optimize their performance and achieve their objectives
  10. Liaison with the Project Site team for installation, commissioning and handover.
