Preference:    Candidates From Travel & Tourism Industry

Experience:  Minimum 01 year of experience in Travel Industry

Job Responsibilities for Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager:

Ambassador for the company.
Charming personality and conviction.
Responsible for the operations of a company’s sales force, development and implementation of annual sales.
Monitoring performance of teams and sales goals and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
In charge of maximizing sales of the company and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales volume.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Demonstrating and presenting products to potential customers for new business.
Responsible for business development and full sales cycle including deal. closures, strong negotiation and account management and targeting corporate.
Ensuring Individual goal and the overall sales goal of the company achieved.
Review your own sales performance.
Analyzes market trends in the travel industry and makes recommendations for improvement.
Ensure clarity of common objectives, which he/she must disseminate to sales team.
Establish effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Responsible for ensuring that each team member meets individual goals and the overall sales goal of the company.
Holds regular meeting with sales team.
A candidate having mentioned skills: Entrepreneurial, interpersonal, management and negotiating skills.
Manage and motivate the team to increase and close sales.
Researches and provides solutions to escalated travel-related issues from clients.
Foster a positive team environment and provide strong leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:-

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prior team management experience is must.
Good communication skills.
Minimum 01 year of experience in Travel Industry.
