Business Development Executive Purpose:
· Groom fresh MBA/BE graduates to fit into cloud consulting jobs
· Train and deploy them in customer-facing roles
· Some of the trained person could get into IT implementation, IT consulting roles if their technical skills/background fits into the organization needs.
Rapyder is looking for 0-3 years’ experienced salesperson or solution architect [trainee] in the enterprise/SMB sales team at Rapyder Cloud Services. We want persons without fear of failure and who listen more/speak less. We encourage women who have taken a career break, to apply.
This is a customer-facing role, with a target of approx. Rs 3-5 crores per year. This is a tough job, in a very competitive cloud consulting, and IT solutions space. The person will be part of the Enterprise Segment [organizations that have a turnover of Rs. 1500 cores] or SMB/startup team [organizations with Rs. 50-500 crores turnover] for Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and Delhi. This role will focus on driving the adoption of Cloud within Enterprise /SMB accounts, focusing on AWS cloud consulting services. The role expects the team member to be business savvy and should have an aptitude for -technical sales
The person will work closely with leadership to develop initiatives, plan events and sales strategies along with the OEM partners to meet defined performance and revenue growth objectives.
