Designation: Customer Care Executive
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal.
Salary: 100000 – 225,000 LPA
Job-type: Fresher, BPO
Qualification: 12th , Diploma and Graduates.
Customer Dealing Profile for both International and Domestic
Candidate should be Fluent in English Communication
Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts (Day and Night)
Grads, undergrads both are eligible
Salary can go up to 18k (Based on the performance).
Apart from Salary incentives will be there based on performance.

Providing technical support to customer through voice or non- voice
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
0 to 5 years of customer support experience dealing with complex issues, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Exceptional speaking abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through calls, emails, chat etc. Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time. Grads, Undergrads, ITI, Polytechnic, 10+2, Diploma and BTech are eligible
