Roles and Responsibilities of the role:
*Identify and build inventory supply (houses to be rented) from various sources such as inbound leads, self-generated leads, referrals, etc.
*Pitch about the company policies and convince the owner.
*Verification of the location of the house before on-boarding the property.
*Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner.
*Understand prospective customer’s requirements and suggest suitable options from existing houses/ source houses through different channels and close the deal.
*Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses/ tenants from the area designated to them.
*Adhere to process guidelines and SOPs laid out for each task assigned.
*Perform tasks within stipulated SLAs, ensuring all required steps are completed.
*Customer ratings – All tasks would have a customer feedback rating assigned.
*This role requires the AM to be on the field and carry out tasks. (Having a 2-wheeler is a must)
*Having two-wheeler is a must
*Strong selling skills along with a customer-centric approach.
*Excellent communication in English and Regional language
*Should be able to meet all the SLA requirement
*Should have good computer knowledge.
