The candidate should be able to handle various human resource functions, which include recruitment, employee induction, training and development, and employee engagement with good leadership quality etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

To prepare Job Description for all new positions

To coordinate with HOD for sourcing profiles

Coordinating interviews and scheduling

Screening of the profiles

Employee on-boarding

Complete the joining Process of newly joined employee

Coordination for training programs

To handle employee database – Files Management (to maintain records of employee details such as hires, increments, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, exits and terminations etc.)

To handle the payroll process

Coordination for confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management process

To coordinate exit-interviews and complete formalities

Full and final settlement of resigned employees

Maintain employee relation

Conduct employee engagement activities

To explain and update various policies, strategies and benefits to employees

Taking care of communication between department and management

To issue increment, promotion, experience, relieving, confirmation, appointment and other letters from time to time

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Skills Required:
Well versed with entire HR spectrum
Excellent oral & written communication
Good command over English
Basic computer proficiency
Good analytical & problem solving ability
Honest, ethical, and dependable
Positive attitude, sensitive, attentive
