We are looking for people with 1 year of international voice or non voice customer support experience for ITES based out of DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon.
– Responsible for solving queries of US Customers through chats.
– Provide exceptional customer support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
– Resolve tickets through chats. Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.
– Perform problem research and testing when necessary.
– Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
– Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
– Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
– 1 plus year of experience in international voice/non voice support
– Good communication skills
Any graduates/ B.techs are eligible
Compensation : Upto Rs. 4.10 LPA + Incentives upto Rs.3000/- per month
Work Days: 5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
Travel: Cab in odd hours+ Travel allowance of Rs.1750/-
