Qualification : Intermediate / Any Degree
Experience : 0-6 Months


Job Description: 

  • Good in English and any Local Language.
  • Willing to work in different shifts Morning & Afternoon Shifts (flexibility)
  • Calls related to Claims and Approvals, Reimbursements.
  • Responsible for attending calls & Mails have to co-ordinate with the customers in regard.
  • Responsible for conducting briefing about any changes / new updates or process change from time to time
  • Good Communication skills for Handling Escalation Emails & Calls
  • Ability to effectively deal with and manage stressful situation.
  • Should have good written skills.
  • Involved in solving customer queries through Emails and calls.
