Qualification : Intermediate / Any Degree
Experience : 0-6 Months
FRESHERS ARE MOST WELCOME.
- Good in English and any Local Language.
- Willing to work in different shifts Morning & Afternoon Shifts (flexibility)
- Calls related to Claims and Approvals, Reimbursements.
- Responsible for attending calls & Mails have to co-ordinate with the customers in regard.
- Responsible for conducting briefing about any changes / new updates or process change from time to time
- Good Communication skills for Handling Escalation Emails & Calls
- Ability to effectively deal with and manage stressful situation.
- Should have good written skills.
- Involved in solving customer queries through Emails and calls.
