Marketing managers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Drive earned, owned and paid digital media presence for the organization across all assets such as website, social media accounts etc.
Create, manage and optimize search (PPC, CPM) and remarketing/ retargeting campaigns across Google and Facebook.
Regularly monitor and report key metrics for digital campaigns
Create copy of high impact campaign landing pages that are optimized for conversion
Conduct paid LinkedIn campaigns with targeted CPL and sales conversions
Create high-impact content for organic and paid social media, email, white papers virtual events such as webinars, thought leadership articles, media articles, etc.
Track conversions on lead management platforms
Advise the business head on optimal channels for digital spends
Collaborate with digital marketing colleagues in other locations to ensure a seamless global to local digital strategy and campaign rollout.
Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
Become the organizations agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
Track and optimize key marketing metrics like leads generated, cost per qualified lead, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Work closely with sales to establish analytics and understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
