We are urgently looking for Branch Recovery Manager

Position- Branch Recovery Manager

Location- Ludhiana

Bucket- 2+

Execution and Co-ordination

1. Manage & Monitor the performance of the Field team

2. To recover on the non- starter, operational related issues and quick mortality cases along with sales and credit appraisal team through tele-calling and field visits and also escalate to their supervisor in case of any disbursal/service/technical issues which remain yet to be resolved

3. Follow up on default accounts through reminder letters, tele-calling and/or personal visits along with field collectors and making joint visits with seniors as per the recovery guidelines

4. Rigorous follow up on NPA accounts to bring down the percentage of NPA by organizing personal / joint / group visits for recovery of overdue amounts and recommend for appropriate legal actions (SARFEASI / Sec 138 / Arbitration) and follow with legal team for timely execution of all legal actvities

5. Basic knowledge about SARFESI Act / Arbitration (Property repossession & Sale process)/Section 138 and all other related legal tools and to co-ordinate with local real estate brokers / individual buyer for sale of repossessed properties, if any

6. Monitor and follow up with accounts department and borrower for PDC /ECS mandates / direct debit facility exhausted cases to ensure these are replenished in time for monthly debit directly

7. To showcase excellent negotiation skills while dealing with customers and ensure strict compliance and adherence of Code of conduct by him and his entire team as laid down by management. Good knowledge of computer and system for daily monitoring.

MIS and Reporting

1. Maintain daily collections MIS for allocation follow up in order to organize further actions. And keep flows/NPAs/OD under strict control

2. Ensure & monitor the team, on recording the daily customer follow-ups in the collection system through field executives and giving daily feedbacks to team

3. To submit daily recovery MIS report to Area / Regional Head on performance / operational issue / disputed cases, if any.

People Management

1. To supervise the Tele-caller / Field collector / Recovery agencies activities by allocating task and monitor their performances

2. Recommend for recruitment of off-rolls employee basis portfolio requirements and keeping budgets and costs in mind
