The position requires to sale the company built and constructed floors along with the inventory
available for different companies/projects/builders across segments like Affordable, plots,
commercial, floors etc in Gurgaon & Dwarka area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
Visiting the site or the dealer network for networking
Work on leads provided by company and convert them
Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring
Work with customers in the long term as their Relationship Manager.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Develop and implement strategies for new services.
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Ensuring to achieve the monthly targets.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis
and deliver accurate business reports.
Build referral and lead generation network.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. 1-2 years of experience in Real estate industry in sales division, dealing into Plots or Floors primarily
in DLF, South City & Sushant Lok area
2. 6 months to 1 year experience in selling affordable housing projects in Gurgaon area for different
projects like Signature, Pyramid, MRG World, ROF etc
3. Graduate in any discipline
4. Eager and Willing to Add to Their Knowledge Base and Skills
5. Problem-Solving Skills
6. Ability to Work Under Pressure
7. Well groomed, should have good communication skills
8. High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target.
