1. Own the digital properties across website, app & other channels & ensure content updation, their effectiveness & impact
2. Co-own the campaign targets along with marketing team w.r.t to the investments product
3. Conduct research to keep up at pace with industry innovation & new product features to be included in product journey, pages & all digital properties
4. Ensure our brand is highlighted in the right way and that all appropriate regulations (including regulatory oversight and processes) are all satisfied.
5. Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive product planning.
6. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Design, Technology teams, and develop alignment on key strategy, customer experience, and features
7. Prepare monthly decks, reports & strategy documents & executive product updates
1. Experience in research & content creation/product management in mutual funds
2. Should have customer focus, Data orientation & Digital platform expertise
3. Good communication and presentation skills along multi – tasking.
4. Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
5. Strong people and partnership skills should have the ability to work with people across all levels of the Organization
6. Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
7. Ability to structure and scope complex problems and execute plans to solve them.
