Map similar and relevant companies to understand organization structures and accordingly align clients hiring needs
Annual appraisal and mid-year check – reviewing / measuring development and defining goals.
Streamline hiring process and implement steps to enhance efficiency
Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and on boarding.
Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders, and recruiters
Optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding & responsible to deliver MIS reports to the Leadership team.
New Hires Engagement calling : centralized call centre to drive 0-90 days engagement calling.
MIS, Analytics & dashboards :
Gap Analysis – Budget vs Actual, Ideal Source mix vs. actual & Dashboard
Manning Penetration dashboards

Required Candidate profile
MBA (HR) with 8 to 10 years of experience from reputed Banking / Financial Services / Broking Industry/BPO/
Understanding of volume hiring and handling multiple business units.
Enthusiastic & eager to learn and take additional responsibilities.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and tool.
