Job Title: Executive HR
Qualification: MBA (HR) or MLS,Engineering.
Location: Panveland Kalina
Experience: 3 to 6 years in similar role.
Reports to: Sr.Manager HR
WorkingRelationships: Workingwith employees, HODs/HOF engaging in employee welfare activities like training,planning for team outings, etc. Being in-touch with the out stationed employees.
KEYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Short listing, Screening &Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database
Preparing & sending the manpower MIS including Recruitments / Resignationson a regular basis
Responsible for organizing regular staff welfare activities
Organize andpriorities commitments of the team, enabling them to work efficiently andeffectively
Act as a centralpoint of reference for internal and external queries including contact withstaff and managers
Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinaryaction where required
Conducting Employees satisfaction surveys
Plan and co-ordinate with the external / internal trainers &consultants to ensure training programs are run smoothly
Administer and ensure timely completion the Performance AppraisalAssessment for employees on a yearly basis
Support in Policy & Processformulation & implementation manuals and implementing them
Responsible for Maintenance of files, Audit of personal files, workingout compensation for new entrants, confirmations and final settlements
Responsible for Payroll Management, Training & Development,Performance Appraisals, General Office Administration, etc
Assist the team toimplement and maintain relevant admin systems to support the HR operations.
To ensure adherence to theprocedures of company and other procedures that may be issued during the Termof the Agreement.
Anyother duties deemed necessary to meet corporate objectives.
Liaisewith other functional/departmental employees so as to understand all necessaryaspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed ofHR objectives, purposes and achievements
Monitorthe implementation of the ERP system.
Co-ordinateTraining and development activities.
Maintainthe General Administrative matters on day to day basis in co-ordination with HRManager.
Maintainthe Employee Relation matters like Employee discipline, grievance, counseling,motivation, culture and attitudinal change etc.
Co-ordinatewith other departments regarding the effective implementation of HR policies& procedure.
Report theHR issues & development plans and achievements within agreed formats andtimescales.
Exceptionalorganizational and administrative skills
Experience inoffice management
Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
Experience andability to use MS Office word, excel andpower-point, outlook, etc
Enthusiastic,proactive, flexible and constructive approach
