We have an immediate requirement for Senior HR Executive with minimum of 2 years of experience for our Bangalore location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Processes and Policies: Responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring policies and processes based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices. Ensure communication and advocacy of HR policies & initiatives across the organization 15%
Performance Management: Facilitate and drive the Objective Settings and Review process to ensure timely completion and documentation 15%
Employee Relations and Internal Communications: Be the conduit for management and associate relations by addressing employee concerns and promote employee involvement. Identify and implement practices to boost employee morale, retention and workforce optimization – 15%
Employee Engagement & Event Management: Drive various employee engagement activities and events periodically based on a yearly fixed schedule for employees including office-based and home-based people, within the approved budgets 15%
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external legislation and regulations 10%
Recruitment : Recruitment support on finalization of candidature and manage the onboarding process for new joinees 10%
Training and Development: Actively participate in the Training Needs analysis, design and deliver training by coordinating with internal and external facilitators 10%
Administrative : Responsible for employee-related databases, documentation, analysis and timely MIS/HRMIS reports to enable prompt decision-making. Regular auditing of HR-related documents 10%
Experience : 2-4 experience as HR Generalist role handling day-to-day HR operations.
Technical/ Function Skills: MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word etc.), Strong presentation and written communication skills, Ability to analyze and interpret data. Organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Key Behavioral Skills: Enthusiastic with Strong communication skills, result-oriented, ability to collaborate across functions and teams and problem-solving skills
