  • What is MLS?

MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service. MLS is a online website where licensed real estate agents and brokers post their active listings for sale, so that other agents or brokers can connect with them on interested homes for sale and share information.

In simple terms MLS is a database of homes for sale, homes that are sold or that were listed.

In order to become an MLS member you should be a licensed real estate agent or broker.

MLS helps real estate agents and brokers to connect with other agents and speeds up the process of selling and buying a home.

MLS is also used to complete Broker Price Opinions and Appraisals.
